Data Entered Into NutriCraft™ Tools
When you use our NutriCraft™ tools, you may enter information about your pets including species, breed, weight, age, health conditions and dietary preferences. This information is used solely to generate the nutrition plans and recommendations within the tool and is not shared with third parties.
Free Trials
Some NutriCraft™ plans offer a 2-day free trial. During this period, a subscription is created in our system but no payment is collected. Your data is handled identically whether you are on a free trial or a paid subscription.
Subscription Billing
Recurring subscription payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment data is handled securely by the payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the tool will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your account data is retained for a period of 90 days after cancellation before being deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
